• Look through your email inbox — and the spam folder — for the order confirmation message.
• Register an account with Shapshe using the same email address you entered at checkout. The number will be listed in your order history.
• Still coming up empty? We’re happy to help — just write to shapshewaisttrainer@gmail.com.

As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, an email with the tracking details is sent your way. From there you can follow the shipment using the link in that email, or by signing in to your account on our site. Keep in mind that an order may travel in more than one parcel — each one gets its own notification email.

The message goes to the address used when the order was placed. If tracking still isn’t working for you, email shapshewaisttrainer@gmail.com with your order number and what you need.

* Keep in mind these windows are on top of the usual 1-5 business days we need to prepare and dispatch the order.

Reach out to us quickly so we can look up the status of your order. While the parcel is still with us and has not gone out, the size, color or your personal details can be adjusted.

After the parcel has left, get in touch with our customer service and we will ask the carrier whether the details can still be edited. Should they be locked in and the item you receive ends up not working for you, that is not treated as a product defect and remains the customer’s responsibility.

Do give your order details a careful read at checkout so none of this comes up later.

1. To send back any portion of your order, first write to our Customer Service at shapshewaisttrainer@gmail.com, telling us which item(s) are coming back and why.

2. Within 1-2 business days our Customer Service team answers with the solution and the return instructions. Once you have those instructions, pack the item(s) back up in their original packaging.

3. Hand the parcel over at your local post office.

4. When a return request is approved, most returns are handled within 5 business days of your package reaching us. The refund goes back to the payment method you originally used, and a confirmation email follows once it is issued.

* Do note that refunds may need up to 5-10 business days to show up on your bank statement, since each financial institution processes at its own pace.
